PIPECO  manufacture and design of the hot press moulded GRP panel sectional water storage tanks to the quality requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and complied with Singapore Standard SS245:1995 Glass Reinforced Polyester Sectional Water Tanks crossed reference to British Standard BS7491:Part3:1994 Glass fiber Reinforced Plastic Cisterns for Cold Water Storage.
PIPECO GRP PANELS have passed full tests of effect on water quality – BS 6290 and are listed by WRAS (Water Regulation Advisory Scheme) Approved Material.
PIPECO manufactured by the Hot Press Moulded Method have the glass-reinforced plastic molded at temperatures up to 150 ͦ C using isophthalic unsaturated polyester resins, UV stabilized and ‘E’ glass fiber reinforcement, color RALS 1013.
PIPECO PANEL having smooth gloss surface restricts the growth of algae, corrosion resistance and do not pollute water is suitable for storage of potable cold water at atmospheric pressure and 50 ͦC
PIPECO INSULATION of 40 mm thick polyurethane foam 40 Kg/m3 insulating material cover with GRP skin which is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, weather protective, and water tight.
Excellent insulation of GRP Material itself with Eco-friendly Polyurethane heat-insulating material prevents freeze & water condensation.
There is the non-woven fabric with excellent adhesion inside GRP insulated panel, ensuring the shape stability of the panel throughout longer time periods.
GRP insulated panel with 4 layers structure ensures excellent insulating effect.
